New York City Real Estate Attorney Richard Dickler

Real estate attorney Richard Dickler has been serving lenders, residential and commercial purchasers and sellers within New York City for over 30 years. Unlike attorneys who “dabble” in various areas of the law, Richard has chosen to devote his career to the real estate industry. He truly enjoys helping people and working in a non-adversarial environment, although he has years of litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels.

In addition to representing lending institutions such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America and MetLife Home Loans, he has worked alongside lending clients to develop systems and procedures which help to streamline their processes. He takes great pride in orchestrating closings that are fast, accurate and easy for everyone involved, and believes that part of his responsibility is to move things along if the process has stagnated.

Among Richard’s strengths are his attention to detail and ability to explain complex legal issues without the use of “legalese”. Colleagues and clients admire his hard work, sense of urgency, reliability and genuine concern for his client’s legal, financial and emotional well being.

Prior to joining Dickler & Roth, LLP, real estate attorney Richard Dickler was a managing partner at Gentile & Dickler, LLP for fifteen years.

Richard speaks French, enjoys learning, traveling, dining out, going to the theater, is an avid Yankees fan and lives in Manhattan.
